We engage with the stakeholders, attend project reviews and summarise the findings - including further insight from our past experience. Once these have been agreed we work with your team to develop and deploy an action plan. We can also support or coach during the action plan if required, however our aim is to enable your team to be self-supporting as soon as possible.
