Sharing the latest thinking at World Rowing Coaching Conference 2019

What a fantastic opportunity to meet up with top coaches and rowing federations from across the world in November ’19.

This was the perfect chance to pass on some learning from the past year of training, coaching and competing. We still have a lot more to development work to carry out on rowing technique (’wavecraft’), coaching for waves and boat design, however there is no better way to validate our thinking than discussing it on a World stage. Feedback from the audience and World Rowing has been fantastic.
